Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds and Returns
Extinguishers : We cannot accept returns or refunds for extinguishers (small, medium, large and double jets). All sales are FINAL SALE due to national Hazmat Shipping Regulations.
Wireless Confetti Boxes not eligible for return
We are not responsible for any delays made by UPS, refunds are not available for late items. Contact us if unsure if item will come on time, order ahead to leave extra few days for possible delays along the route.

Handheld cannons and EC confetti cannons: Returns accepted for UNOPENED packages (must meet requirement below) only within 7 days after delivery. For return address, contact us via email: support@shakinreveal.com.

Return shipping cost paid by customer
Only unopened packages accepted. We do not accept partial item returns (Example: you purchase 4 cannons and return only 2).
10% restocking fee deducted from refund
Items that have a covered label (It's A Secret!) cannot be returned due to customization
