Extinguisher / Single Product Purchase: 

We do not accept returns or refunds for extinguishers. All sales are final due to Hazmat Safety Shipping Regulations. Please read the full shipping policy and return policy on the bottom of our website. Order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped out. 

Gender Reveal Extinguishers and Jets ARE NOT fire extinguishers. Do not use to set off a fire or point powder towards fire. We are not responsible for misuse of products or damage caused by misuse of product.

Product Use & Assumption of Risk

Shakin Reveal products are novelty celebration devices intended for supervised event use.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Products release colored powder or confetti into the environment

  • Outdoor conditions (wind, terrain, lighting) affect results

  • Users control deployment direction and duration

  • Improper use may result in unintended dispersion

  • Powder may contact clothing, skin, surfaces, or surroundings

You assume full responsibility for:

  • Safe handling and deployment

  • Environmental conditions

  • Participant positioning

  • Cleanup after use

  • Property or clothing exposure

Shakin Reveal is not responsible for outcomes related to user positioning, wind, or event setup.

Outdoor Use Disclaimer (Powder Products)

Powder extinguishers and powder-based effects are intended for outdoor use. Indoor use is at the customer’s sole risk.

Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate venue suitability and permissions prior to use

Cleanup & Surface Interaction

Shakin Reveal powder is made from biodegradable cornstarch and FD&C-approved colorants and is designed to rinse with water. However:

  • Surface types vary in absorbency

  • Environmental exposure time varies

  • Fabric dyes and finishes vary

Customers accept responsibility for surface, clothing, or environmental interaction resulting from product use.

Shipping & Hazardous Materials Policy

Certain Shakin Reveal products (including powder extinguishers and wireless confetti boxes) are classified for shipping purposes as hazardous or regulated materials.

By purchasing these items, you acknowledge:

  • Specialized packaging and handling requirements apply

  • Products cannot be returned once shipped

  • Carriers may impose transport restrictions

  • Delivery timelines may vary

Returns & Final Sale Items

Due to safety and shipping regulations:

Non-returnable / Final Sale Items

  • Powder extinguishers

  • Wireless confetti boxes

  • Any deployed or opened device

  • Any hazmat-classified product

Returnable Items (if unused)

  • Handheld confetti cannons

  • Non-hazard items per return policy

Shakin Reveal cannot accept returns of powder-containing or pressurized devices once shipped.

Product Performance

All Shakin Reveal products are quality-checked prior to shipment.

Visual results vary due to:

  • Wind

  • User angle

  • Deployment duration

  • Participant spacing

  • Lighting

  • Camera timing

Variations in plume size, direction, or density are not defects.

User Responsibility & Event Conditions

Customers are solely responsible for:

Shakin Reveal is not liable for misuse, environmental factors, or event setup decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shakin Reveal shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Property or clothing exposure

  • Event outcomes or dissatisfaction

  • Environmental dispersion

  • Weather-related results

  • Misuse or improper deployment

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shakin Reveal from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Product use

  • Event conditions

  • Third-party claims

  • Venue or property interaction

  • Failure to follow instructions

Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, branding, text, and imagery are the property of Shakin Reveal and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Order Acceptance & Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected misuse, fraud, or regulatory concerns.
